Classification circuit breakers A 3700
Switches automatic A3700 of common industrial purpose
Switches are designed to conduct current in normal mode and disconnect current during overloads, short circuits and unacceptable voltage drops, as well as for infrequent operational switching circuits with rated voltage (depending on the version); up to 440 V DC; up to 660 V AC frequency 50 and 60 Hz; up to 380 V of alternating current of frequency 400 Hz (A3790 switches at a frequency of 400 Hz are not designed). Depending on the design, overcurrent releases are used in the circuit breakers: electromagnetic and semiconductor, thermal and electromagnetic, only semiconductor. There are switches without overcurrent releases (non-automatic). Switches A3710B, A3720B, A3790B, A3790C, A3790N are manufactured in a fixed and withdrawable design by the method of installation.
Circuit breakers are available for deliveries to areas with a temperate, cold and tropical climate, according to location category 3 (versions of U3, HL3 and T3, respectively). Switches can be supplied for nuclear power plants.
Automatic switches A3700R for sea and river navigation and use on objects with high humidity.
Switches are designed to conduct current in normal mode and turn it off during short circuits, overloads, as well as for infrequent operational switching of electrical circuits with voltage up to 440 V DC and 380, 660 V AC 50 Hz. Depending on the version, the overcurrent releases are used in switches: - electromagnetic and semiconductor, - thermal and electromagnetic; - only semiconductor. There are circuit breakers without overcurrent releases (non-automatic). Circuit breakers can be manufactured with the following additional assembly units: free contacts, trip units, independent electromagnetic drive. Switches on the method of installation have only stationary design. The switches are designed for use on ships with unlimited navigation area.
Since 1999, the production of A3700 switches at GP KhEMZ is licensed for the right to supply for the needs of the nuclear power industry / license No. 73-VP-56-12-99 dated December 1, 1999. The switches of the A3700 series in accordance with TU16-641.032-85 are certified for fire and electrical safety parameters in the ISO 9001 system. Certificates: А3710, 70 - UA1.093.275.16-00 A3720, 80 - UA1.093.275.17-00 A3790 - UA1.093.275 .18-00 GP "KhEMZ" is ready to supply the A3700 circuit breakers according to TU16-641.032-85 in tropical design
Circuit breakers A3700 OM special purpose for operation in the composition of the electrical equipment of ships with unlimited navigation area and as components in installations supplied for export. The switches are designed to conduct current in normal mode and turn it off during short circuits and overloads, in circuits with a rated voltage of up to 400 V DC at 50 Hz, up to 380 V AC at 400 Hz, as well as for infrequent operational switching on and off of these circuits .
