Technical description: circuit breakers A 3700M are designed to conduct current in normal mode and turn it off during short circuits and overloads, in circuits with a rated voltage of up to 400 V DC at 50 Hz, up to 380 V AC at 400 Hz, and also for infrequent operational ones on and off of these circuits. Depending on the version in the circuit breakers, the following overcurrent releases are used:

- only electromagnetic,

- electromagnetic and semiconductor,

- only semiconductor,

- thermal and electromagnetic.

There are switches without overcurrent releases (non-automatic).
